Norwegian Cookies NAC-73

Tis the season that we indulge in food that we won't enjoy any other time of the year. This has always been a family tradition since the day I was born. It would just not be Christmas without continuing this tradition. I don't know what I waited more for, presents under the tree or Norwegian cookies, especially lefse. If you have been remiss in continuing this tradition, I thought I would tempt you with some of my favorite simple recipes. Perhaps you might try some of them and revive some traditions for yourself.
