What Kind of Lutheran are You? NAC-22

I am Norwegian! I am Lutheran! No apologies! No compromise! The two were always inseparable. I don’t know whether it was more traumatic for my parents when I left the Lutheran church in college or when I married a non-Norwegian. Both were equally traumatic, together almost more than they could bear. In my recent studies of Norwegian-American culture, I found the basis for this reaction, which is partly something that all cultural groups eventually face. However, it was more impactful than just that with Norwegian Americans. To understand those feelings, we must examine what happened when they came to America.
